In the SUCCESS programme, the help of technology has been employed in various parts of programme implementation. To track and report on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the overall SUCCESS programme, RSPN has developed an online dashboard, based on the web-based Management Information System (MIS) being used by the SUCCESS partners in programme implementation activities.

The KPIs have been mapped on different geographic layers, e.g. provincial, districts, taluka and union councils to present an overall user-friendly snap-shot of the current progress in the programme. The dashboard exhibits a complete picture of the Poverty Scorecard (PSC) survey, including the coverage of households in all eight districts, with break ups provided RSP and score wise as well as the results on key indicators gathered from the survey such as demographic composition, schooling, work status, adult literacy, disabilities, facilities and household assets to name a few.

The dashboard also provides a day-to-day updated status on social mobilisation activities, which includes the formation of community institutions (CO/VO/LSO), human resource development, capacity building activities and community trainings.

Other reports can also be generated for viewing including completed village profiles and community discussion progress. As the SUCCESS programme components are started and implemented in the field, the dashboard will also reflect real time progress on the same including Community Investment Fund (CIF) and Income Generating Grants (IGG) disbursement, Micro Health Insurance (MHI) and Technical and Vocational Skills Training (TVST) progress.
